All the below-mentioned terms and conditions are applicable for bookings made through our website
- Pricing- Our policy assures you of economical pricing, along with the convenience of making reservations online. Unless otherwise mentioned, prices quoted on our website are charged on a per-person basis and do not include tips, passport/visa fees, travel insurance, meals, accommodation, room service, or laundry. The published rates may change without prior notice, particularly in case of any unforeseen circumstances such as an increase in airline tickets, hotel rates, or transport expenses.
- Methods of Payment- We accept almost all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Diners. Full payment must be made by credit card, and guests are required to provide their credit card number to complete the transaction. This charge will be reflected in your statement.
- Confirmation of Payment- Once the payment is completed, our travel consultants will send you a confirmation slip via email. This confirmation can be used as evidence of payment to redeem your tour package. Ensure that you have provided the correct information regarding your travel requirements at the time of booking.
- Cancellation: Each tour activity/attraction/hotel has its cancellation policies. Before booking any activity with IRA Tours, clients must read the cancellation policy of that particular tour. Combo tours can be cancelled, but if any single tour in a combo is cancelled, the combo offer will be void, and IRA will consider the individual tour price of the non-cancelled tour for a refund. Tourist visa fees are non-refundable once payment is made on the IRA Tours website. When booking a combo, ensure that all combo tour options are available.
- No Show: If you fail to attend the tour, no refunds, in part or in full, can be provided. The same condition applies in the case of unused tickets, sightseeing tours, car rentals, or chauffeur-driven services. Rescheduling is not allowed for confirmed tours, transfers to and from airports, and other travel-related services.
- Cancellation Procedures: Before making a cancellation, carefully read the cancellation rules that apply to your tour package. To cancel all or any part of your reservation, notify IRA Tours in writing. Upon receiving your cancellation request, we will confirm the cancellation and inform you of any applicable fees via email, fax, or telephone. IRA Tours cannot be held responsible for any cancellation that has not been received from you or confirmed by us.
- Itinerary Amendments- Routings and services covered in your package are subject to change based on local/weather conditions, airline schedules, and other factors. If changes occur, we will provide suitable options of similar value, depending on availability. We will announce any changes in the itinerary, if any, before departure. Please note that IRA Tours & Travels reserves the right to implement minor amendments to the itinerary at any time without reimbursement. No reimbursement can be provided in the event of force majeure, such as floods and earthquakes.
- Hotel Accommodation & Check-in – Check-out Policy- If we are unable to secure accommodation in your preferred hotel, we will make every effort to provide a suitable alternative of a similar budget and standard. Check-in/check-out policies depend on the chosen hotel. IRA Tours & Travels cannot be held responsible for any early or late check-in/check-out requests that are not accommodated by the hotel due to their busy schedule.
- Travel Insurance- Tours & Travels is not responsible for any damages resulting from accidents, illness, injury, loss of personal baggage, or trip cancellation. Travelers should obtain travel insurance to deal with unforeseen events.
- Travel Documents- It is the responsibility of every guest to ensure they carry the necessary documents for their tour, including a passport or valid ID card, especially for guests from a different country. No refund can be provided in the event of loss or lack of these documents. Passengers are advised to check with their respective consulate for entry requirements and visa and health requirements, as they are subject to change without notice.
- Website Usage Restrictions: All content on this website, including logos, images, tour package information, pricing details, and other relevant details, are proprietary to IRA Tours and Travels. By using this website, you agree not to exploit its content for any non-personal, commercial, or illegitimate purposes.
- Delivery & Shipping Policy: The inclusion of this section is mandatory and should state: “(Website) will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries by UAE law.”
